This coffee is sourced from the world renowned farm, Daterra, run by the Pascoal family. They are the first B-Corp certified coffee farm in Brazil and focus on sustainable farming practices, genetic research and environmental conservation. This banging coffee is decaffeinated by Swiss Water, who use their proprietary process to remove 99.9% of the caffeine without the use of any chemicals.
